Does Lines Out need the internet?

No. It is built to run entirely offline at the scale, whether you're in a heated shack or on a tailgate with no signal.

Will my derby's data sync between devices?

Lines Out is designed for one phone or iPad at one weigh-in table. Data is not synced between devices; it stays on the device you entered it on.

Can I change the units, species or prize categories after setup?

Yes — open Derby Setup at any time to edit the species that count, prize places, rules text and units (lb/oz or kg).

How do I fix a mis-weighed fish or a wrong ticket?

Open the fish from the Entrants tab and choose Correct or Void. Every change is written to a timestamped audit trail alongside the entrant's record.

How do I export final results?

Once lines are out, open Results, open a derby, and use the PDF or CSV export button, then share it with the system share sheet.

In a local database on your device only. See the privacy policy for details.
